Dr. Christiane Freund, LL.M. (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor), Expert Internal Investigations
Christiane Freund is a lawyer and has been working for Deutsche Bahn AG since 2011. Since 2023, she has been an expert in internal investigations at Group Management, where she is responsible, among other things, for the technical conception and management of internal investigation projects on compliance information, advising on technical and legal issues in connection with internal investigations within the Group and for the content design of internal Group standards and processes for internal investigations of compliance information. Previously, she led internal investigation projects on compliance whistleblowing in German and foreign DB Group companies. Before joining Deutsche Bahn AG, she advised international law firms on compliance issues and internal investigations in Germany and abroad. Since 2024 she is co-head of the working group Internal Investigations & Whistleblower Systems of DICO e.V.
Phillipp Jobski, Specialist Internal Investigations
Philipp Jobski is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for employment law and has been working for Deutsche Bahn AG's Group Security department since 2011. He conceptualizes and leads internal investigation projects for the Group management on compliance matters in all DB Group companies in the national and international area and advises the companies on topics of internal investigations. Before joining Deutsche Bahn AG, he worked in a specialized law firm in the fields of employment law and criminal law.
