Caroline Berns is a Compliance Officer at Ericsson. She studied Information Engineering at the University of Konstanz and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, she has been working for Ericsson since 2012 and holds a global role focused on issues related to compliance culture, leadership, and compliance communication. In this role, she develops communication strategies and key messages that provide guidance and support the cultural shift toward greater integrity and accountability. Her focus is on communicating integrity and compliance in a way that truly resonates in everyday work life.
